Andotrans Team Torrentó is ready to compete in Navarra

Circuito de Navarra will host the fifth round of the Spanish Superbike Championship this weekend, and after the summer break the Andotrans Team Torrentó returns to the competition with the aim of continuing to improve its position in the overall standings.

In the SBK category, the big news is the return of Marc Alcoba, who has rejoined the Lleida-based team this summer with great motivation.

The rider from Alcanar (Tarragona) says: “I’m very happy to be back home. When I was a teenager, Andotrans Team Torrentó helped me to grow both personally and as a rider. It is a very special team for me because we have shared great moments until we won the Spanish STK600 Championship in 2018. I would like to thank the whole team for this new opportunity and especially Ferran Torrentó, the team manager, for his confidence in me. I’m looking forward to working hard, enjoying myself on the bike and having more fun.

In the Supersport Next Generation category, Harry Khouri and Abdulla Alqubaisi will be looking to improve on their qualifying and race results. Both the Australian and the Qatari are optimistic and ambitious after showing good form in testing with the team this summer.
